PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

PAYMENT & BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Full Payment is required on Booking.

CANCELLATIONS 14 days notice is required to receive a refund. Cancellation within 14 days is not refundable.

NO SMOKING POLICY – The occupants will incur increased cleaning charges if anyone has been smoking inside our facilities.

CHECK IN: From 12 noon.
CHECK OUT: Before 3 pm.

CHECK OUT: Please ensure all windows and doors are locked. No heaters or air conditioners are left on. Rubbish taken to outside bins.

CLEANING: Our accommodation is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Your Tariff includes a standard clean, however should any additional cleaning be necessary, or the accommodation has had smoking inside, then an extra charge will be due. Any breakages, damages & excess cleaning items are to be paid for prior to check out.

Please keep noise to a minimum. Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of the property and neighbouring properties, and will abide by the house rules.

LIABILITIES: No responsibility is taken for personal items left on premises during or after departure. We do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss of additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control.

A late check out fee will be charged if the property is not vacated by 3pm (unless expressly agreed by Management) on the day of departure.

BREAKAGES/DAMAGES – We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Please inform the owner of any breakages or damages and arrange payment for any associated fees prior to check out.

PRIVACY The data you provide is respected and used only for the booking and communication with you. Your data is never shared or sold to third parties. No credit card information is asked for or kept by the business. You may request for your data to be deleted at any time.
